Military strength is comparable. Magic is a slight edge to Drogo. Both sides have six natural enemies, with one natural enemy pair within each side, so no edges there.

But JF has three southern Kingdoms to only one for Drogo, and so the early resource edge goes to JF. And strategically, JF has six mostly uncontested home regions, while Drogo has only four... which doesn't preclude "branching out" by two of the Kingdoms with shared regions, of course, but with capitals only in four regions, there is a bit of a disadvantage in the matchups in such cases.

So JF has the edge, IMO.

Have to agree with HH. As usual, all of his points make sense.

But look at it this way, Drogo:  all of the pressure is on JF. He has more experience, more wins, a better starting position, and all of the accolades for most status points in Alamaze, so you come through as the underdog and all will praise you for eternity.

Haha

Perhaps JF could play with one army tied behind his back or some other limitation like only having one hour to look over and then submit his turns.
I am the greatest swordsman that ever lived. Say, um, can I have some of that water?

I think Drogo will hold his own, and judging from his forum posts, I think he's tough enough to take being the underdog. Smile
