Surprised I don't know this, but can you cast two 171 spells with the same group on an iffy pop center, hoping for a better random roll?

The logic they are using to block two military actions would seem to say no. Have not tried though

Hmmm. Probably, but I'm not getting an error on the order checker. Not sure if that's conclusive here, however.

I believe this was answered earlier but a pop center may only be interacted ONCE in a turn. That's inclusive of attack, parley, threaten, siege, diplomacy spell, or other. If you wish to have "two" interactions then issue a threaten order with a single group or have a second group there as backup with your other wizard.

Two spells but 1 leader. If they stacked that would be different and cool. But it would be effectively the same as issuing a 170 and 171 in the same turn. Since the wizard is adding to the leaders ability.
