Historical 965 Question

My understanding for many years has been that if you order 965 with multiple agents against the same pop center, you are limited to a TOTAL of 50% of that pop center's production for that month (further limited by stockpiles), and not 50% of production per steal attempt.  I definitely have older turn results where a second agent going against the same pop center comes back with zero gold to show for his efforts.

Since I started playing again a year and half ago now it has been 50% for each agent. So this was in clipper as well

Interesting. Are you sure about that? I'm having a hard time sifting through my tons of results to find examples, but I could swear I've seen second agents coming back with zero gold.

It is also tricky because if the first got the stockpile then the second would also be zero
