What do you think constitutes a good group at turn 10, 15, and 20?

For example, is a Ranger group with 10 Ranger brigades with high morale, a Warlord, two Marshals, two Power 6 wizards and a Power 5 - what rating would you give that on turn 20 assuming the game condition is not such that all force is in one group?

I'm also curious about the Demon Prince players and whether after the early turns they create skeletons, or do other demon stuff?

Do you think the military is more important, or less important on turn 10, 15, 20?  Hopefully it is an interesting/nuanced question.
