Agreed. JF's drop did affect a couple of my games (including one that Dupont and I were both in), and his fake-drop affected a previous game, but I am willing to let the past be the past and move on.
I pretty much only play anon games now, so an occasional drop is slightly less impactful anyway. And in fairness, most of us have dropped a game or two in the past.

We also can't have players quitting games just to make some kind point that screws up the games for many others. I wasn't affected by the latest round of player drops but it's definitely something I am aware of and may influence games I sign up for.

I am curious which game I fake dropped. Or is this like where you keep saying I was clouds mentor. Which of course is funny because the first game he was ever in he won and was my enemy and allied with you George and Maf. The second game we were in we were also enemies. it was not until the third game we even worked together.
Anyway does not matter I think you were just piling on the JF dog pile. So could careless

Just my $0.02, but you may just be fixating perhaps a TAD too much on one throwaway comment in what was generally a pretty supportive post.

And, candidly, avoiding drama is part of the reason I'm moving toward forming games privately. That, and the question mark about available game signups.

Fair enough. I posted when I would issue my last turn in my games and was looking for others to take over the games when it was posted how the new standby system will work. I stopped when I said I would and none of my games were filled by standby. I did not rage quit I waited about 6 days, I am back to play but will be selective to not put myself in the same spot that made me leave the first time.
Well, I won't play a Warlords game with you - I put too much time into them just to see them end quickly because somebody got their dandruff up and quit. If you see me sign up for one, please don't sign up as well because I'll withdraw if you do.
why just limit it to warlords. Seeing how in our last game you planned to attack me from turn 0 even before I dropped the game. Also interesting your fine to play with others that have dropped all or some games before. I see no reason to be in a game with you unless I just want to beat up on you some more. I waited 6 days before I decided to quit and did not plan to play again until perhaps 3rd cycle. But I still like the game and want to play again only being a bit more selective on what games I signup for.

This thread should likely be closed and maybe start a fresh warlords thread if that is what Rick wants for the next game sign-up

Yeah, I kind of think we've lost the thread here, as I can't even tell who is in and who is out. So this thread is closed.
Again, players can post threads for new Warlords or Titan games, but just send a suggestion if you wish to support@alamaze.co about a 12 or 15 player game. Generally we do pretty well with rotating the variables.
