How and when do we turn zones into kingdoms?

The way we did it for our team game we finished the draft and then Rick gave us 24 hrs to pick and post our kingdoms. Which seemed to work fine and require no extra work from anyone.

If we don't here from either drafter - HH or LD, by say 10pm Eastern (less than 30 minutes), we'll do the forum draft Jumpingfist mentioned - so each player would post their selection in the order specified here. So for example, Imperial T. would post his pick on this thread, followed by the player picking 2nd, until all 12 positions are filled.

Good with drafting by zone/dispersed then selecting kingdoms after Rick?

Let's just go public and start selecting your choices. So Imperial Tark is first and picks his kingdom in any zone he chooses, then that zone is out of play, etc.

Hopefully everyone paying attention and we can create the game tomorrow after turns process (if all 12 kingdoms selected by then).

Zone D2 Red Dragon or Tyrant

Good start, but go ahead and pick your selection - so choose Red Dragon or Tyrant.

Then on to Son of Conan if I recall correctly.

Son of Conan is notoriously missing in the night time, but we shall see. The draft is underway with the first pick being a dispersed kingdom! How about that?
