People were excited for you to offer it, they've been waiting for a couple of months. So another day or two as a courtesy to an Imperator who I believe has more games played than anyone isn't going to kill them.

Not directed at HH or anyone else. BTW, Head Honcho does a lot behind the scenes, for those who do not know. Almost all draft formats he does.
Alright, I want to say yet again, the reason to delay Warlords or Titans is to favor the player base. Most players don't play those formats. I want them to adapt to 3rd cycle, Warlords or Titans puts thos players at a disadvantage playing in this new environment. This is really a different game that has to be discovered (from 2nd Cycle). Let's see: maybe 12 new kingdoms? Different starting positions from the old kingdoms in 2nd Cycle? And some players called me crazy for not accepting money to start Warlords and Titan faster. I just feel bad having to say, it's because of everyone else.
It's fun to have early opinions on kingdoms. I say look at Valhalla. You think any kingdom is too strong or too weak?
Positivity is sought. It's a hard thing to find, from time to time. And I have to say, I don't really get it, but I don't seem to have many defenders. So maybe my efforts are misplaced. And you expert players just have to take a breath to understand where inspiration comes from. Is that asking too much? Is it fun being a critic?
This is beyond the game forming. Just sayin'. I don't know how much more I can do. If it doesn't work for you, it doesn't. I was thinking every player knew a guy who knew a guy that would love the best fricking multiplayer strategy game in the world.

We absolutely, positively, categorically love the incredible game you've created. Hands down, full stop, no question. Thanks for the untold hours of work you've put into it. There's a reason it won Game of the Year (to go along with the other Game of the Year you created, Fall of Rome, which I'm really hoping someday some other programmer can patch). Third Cycle is another huge win, and even though there are a few aspects I don't like, I've already said to people that the reason is probably because I just don't have expertise in those aspects yet, which can be hard for a guy like me who likes to win.
On the latest disagreement, I apologize to you for being a bit testy. I hope you will understand, however, that just yesterday, I gave you an update on where things stood with the draft. And no one has been complaining about this delay, all four players are courteous veterans and they're willing to cut a friend a break while he travels. That's all.
I think everyone here is expecting that we'll hear back within the day, and no one would expect you to set this up outside of your usual Thursday (and occasionally, at your own sole discretion, on the weekends) schedule.
I hope that helps explain things a bit better. Thanks for everything you do.

It was a holiday here in the Bahamas. I was with DuPont V on an island with spotty internet service. I didn't see the final draft email until I got back here tonight and looked for it, so I appreciate everyone's patience.
I wish I knew a guy who knew a guy. To be honest, growing up, I had trouble finding friends who would sit down to play a game of Risk with me much less something as wonderfully complicated at this. I am hoping to teach DuPont V, but he's 2 1/2 so probably a bit much to ask of him just yet. We'll have to get through the Candyland and Monopoly Jr. years first.

We will expect DuPont V to be well prepared for 4th Cycle. And to know a child, who knows a child.

DuPont V will probably blame Alamaze for being neglected as a child and will rage about it in therapy sessions.

I never neglect my daughter for Alamaze. I do, however, neglect my customers and employees from time to time. Well, after every turn I receive to be honest.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.
