70 Confederations - Need Standby Player

I intend to drop game 70.

If someone wishes to pick the positions (2) up as Standby please contact Rick or Mike ASAP.

The positions are both playable.  Neither WA nor DE yet control their regions, but neither do CI or UN due to our active conflict. [Maybe this conflict will change with new player?]

3 of the 6 players control both of their regions.  Therefore, there is one other player who controls neither of their starting regions.

The single downside to these positions is that RD just landed Army group on your Region 1 Minor Castle. [Maybe this conflict will change with new player?]

I hate to see this happen to a confederation.  If no one else wants to do it, and If the majority of players in this game want it, and I don't have to pay it, I can pick this position up and try to play it out.

I don't have a problem with it.  I have been fighting Lord Thanatos for my regions since about turn 2.  I am doing okay and finally got a region last turn.  
Another player just attacked into region 1 with RD and RA so you will be fighting two teams.

Well, That doesn't really sound playable, sounds like he was on his way out.  But if everyone thinks it would be better for someone to play the position, I'll try and make it interesting.

I just officially dropped the positions.

"On his way out"? Painted Man couldn't eliminate me in a game he attacked me from turn 1, what makes you think Drogo would have?

Painted is good, but having also been on the receiving end of a Drogo beating, I have to say... don't underestimate him.
