I guess you must have pumped up the census on MQ to snatch the region. I thought I could Lion's Share you by stalling you out towards the finish line.

Thanks, Wynand. I did indeed bump up the census on MQ. Taking it for a turn and doing that appeared to be my only path to five regions. I also increased the census of a town in Triumvia via a Forum (20% bump) as I knew that region would be close. Thankfully, I knew about your patrol and was able to counter it via a dome.

It was tough going there as I couldn't directly face your groups or the NE groups, and thanks to two group defeats from the NE, I lost the ability to take legendary targets.

I also lost a few high-level agents to SOMEONE (and I know it wasn't the UN). I suspected the DE as I had eyes on the GN and NE capitals for much of the game, but I really didn't know for sure.

I must thank the UN, as he was a selfless ally and helped me whenever he could. I would not have been able to win without his assistance. Unfortunately, the game doesn't recognize or reward allies of the declared winner. In many ways, this was a team victory.

Oh man. I need to learn how to play subtle factions. Lycans blocked my strongest power (Agents) for a very long time and stalled me out. Then, I didn't have a plan.

Also, I made the most horrible choice not to get a veteran unit at the start of the game and that killed me. Sounds silly but it did. Every fight I did vs NPCs didn't get me a single veteran. Between those two things I knew I couldn't win so I thought I'd just help at that point.
