Ry Vor usually does that when the new game is setup, I suggest e-mailing him around the time the preference lists are sent to me.

Current as in paid up, yes? But you typically adjust service levels when you invoice for a new game, correct?

Yes. I am talking about past due monthly subscription. Any player in that category will have had email notification from support as well as from PayPal.

That seems to be the preferred timing, so yes. So that is a Wed / Sat due date schedule.
