Players,
We are looking at updating Valhalla, both for 2nd and 3rd Cycles, and we would like your feedback!
For 2nd Cycle, we are considering adding a 'Current Calendar Year' section, that would only have data for 2016 this year, 2017 next, and so on while continuing to use compile all the 2nd Cycle data.
For 3rd Cycle, we have more options and will have to make more fundamental changes since there will be many more kingdoms.

For current year totals I think best to create a separate file with that information. It could still be updated in same first post as a second file.
3rd cycle.
Kingdoms of Alamaze
- For % numbers like winning % maybe require 5 games played on all time report but not on yearly report.
- looks like with font changes should be able to fit 24 kingdoms in one chart.
Kingdom Leaders
- add 'Best single Game points" as a rank/tittle
- remove highest wizard and Highest agent since these max out quickly really say nothing.
- instead of alpha listing kingdoms list by zone number i.e. EL, DU, CI, NE
- add most Elite Brigades
- add most combat wins by a leader
- add most sightings explored by a leader
Player Stats
- sort by Zone #, EL DU CI NE. Likely create 2 sheets per player zones 1-6 and 6-10+2 dispersed
- add vet brigade #
- add elite brigade #
- add leader battles won in a game
- add leader battles lost in a game
- add leader artifacts explored in a game
- add SVC time Achieved (SVC no longer stops the game)
- add SVC %.

If UM can add the brigade and battle data, that shouldn't be a problem. It really comes down to what data the report can capture.
I am not certain that I agree about sorting by zone instead of alphabetical... I will need some convincing that this makes any sense.

By zone will let you see side by side how the two kingdoms possible from each zone are doing. Will make it clear if one kingdom is preferred and such. So instead of seeing say people do not like the CI it can be seen they just prefer to play the NE. Also could allow for an extra award/tittle for having played at least a kingdom from each zone. Alpha gives you no extra comparison

Okay, I see what you are saying now. You want direct comparison for the either/or kingdoms.
I don't see the point about not showing stats until a player plays five games. The chart tells you how many games that player has played and you are free to disregard them. I would be annoyed if I had played four games and my stats still weren't there. The idea is for Valhalla to be inclusive as possible, not exclusive, and we want every player to be excited about as many aspects of Valhalla as possible.
I've been looking at the kingdom Arch Mages in Valhalla and it is nowhere near as common as you might think. There is only one Dwarf or Elf Archmage, for example.

I looked at the mages as well and yeah I guess there actually are very few 3 ranks over the max level.
For the % and taking people with less than 5 games off I was only referring to the categories like all time winning %. the top guy on the list got luck played one Alamaze game and took a podium spot and does not play anymore. In 2nd cycle the list is filled with these types and I think it takes away from what an all time list should be. Most all other areas absolutely show there stats they are part of the pool.

Maybe we can do a better job at keeping the active player list updated...

It was suggested since 3rd cycle has only 12 kingdoms it may be a good idea to make the minimal requirement for a single player game something like at least 9 individual players. This is similar to the idea in 2nd cycle that we play with 12 out of 15 kingdoms. I could see down the road players wanting to only play the 10 regions or the 9 outer regions and leave the center open. Most I think would like these type of game to count for Valhalla in 3rd cycle.

It would be nice when 3rd Cycle opens up if ALL games played in it were used for status point computations in Valhalla. If you use the 12 player game as the standard, then anything with 12 players codes as a full 100% status points. All other games could then be configured based on the number of players. So a 10 player game gains Valhalla Status Points at 10/12 (83%) of normal (e.g., if you finished with 10,000 status points in a 10 player game its converted to just 8333 status points for Valhalla computations. A 5 player Primeval gains 5/12 (42% of normal), a 4 player Warlords 4/12 (33%), and a Titan at 2/12 (17%) of normal. Even the 6 player Duel Duals would count at 50%. Then of course, 15 player Championships (if such a thing were played in 3rd Cycle) would be at 15/12 (125% of normal). I suspect some players are reluctant to play in formats that don't count for Valhalla status points; this would have everything count at a prorated figure; and get all formats to fill faster. You could still require 12+ player games to count for all the Valhalla records (e.g., Number of Fleets at end of game for the WI kingdom).
