As you can see, my Nomads and Ancient Ones have not represented well so far this game. 9 kingdoms have more status points than both of mine combined.

the rules state for citizenship. Active at the end of turn 24 earns 400 status points. LD is active with both kingdoms. What does active mean?

It means that you get status points just for still being in the game at that point. Considering that you are acruing points for Valhalla, this is encouragement to stick around.
You only actually acrue a percentage, 20% I think, of your points every 6 turns.

Yes, though the points awarded are already at 20%. The points you get for being active at end game are 100%, or effectively 5x what you get at interim status updates like turn 6, 12, etc, except Citizenship which already escalates as the game progresses.

That is what I was trying to say. The 400 points for being active is actually 80 points at this stage in the game. I think the initial confusion may have been due to my Nomads being awarded 400 points on turn 24, but showing a mere 375.

no its actually 400 at this stage. At least it is for my status points, so I assume it is for everyone else.
But that answers my questions

It says 400, but you are awarded 80. Otherwise I would have more than 375.

I just want to clear this up. All the status point awards can be found in the Player Aids on the Status Point sheet and in the General Rules section 29 Status Points.
On turn 24, the kingdoms still in the game get 400 points as that interim award for Citizenship. In 3rd Cycle, players get a delineation of each component of their total status point awards so it should be clear, kingdoms should see a 400 point award for Citizenship that when taken with all other components, gets to the total. Don't forget, although it should be there in a kingdom's list of points, that each ally declaration is -100 points. So if a kingdom has declared four allies, that's -400 points and so offsets the 400 Citizenship points. Again, this should all be in the list of status points given on the status point turns. Hope that helps.
