Duel Game 1027
#1
Congratulations to Devil Dog for defeating me in his second Duel! It was a very close game, but a masterful T18 assault on my 'hidden' capital freed a whole host of prisoners that helped carry the day.

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.

Congrats Devildog.

Just as an aside, I will probably post elsewhere, but Mike has put in place that groups cannot be pursued or intercepted at a hidden PC.  So it is being treated as a haven, as was intended.  Already in place they are not divined by HP's, not revealed by groups marching by them, by agents less than L4.

I didn't know the intercept thing was possible! Devildog found my capital the same way I found his in our prior game: he relocated his agents/nobles to random locations until he got lucky. I was at KK, which I thought would be sufficiently random!
