Are we using the same draft order as last warlords? Worked pretty well as far as I'm concerned. But *no* chivalry for any reason.

Here are the rules:
1) Ally declarations, trades, and gifts are only allowed between your own three Kingdoms
2) No HC issues are allowed to help another player's Kingdoms
3) All HC issues must be by SECRET ballot, and if a player accidentally proposes an open ballot issue, all players must abstain on that vote (i.e., it fails)
4) No drops before T18 (i.e., orders issued through T18)
5) Notify everyone as soon as you decide to drop, rather than allowing the computer to do it
6) No sending messages to other players by using new character names
7) No Sea Patrols on T1
8) Anonymous (so nobody knows who is playing which kingdoms)
9) 7 regions to win
Draft Order
A: 1+5+12 (18)
B: 2+8+10 (20)
C: 3+6+11 (20)
D: 4+7+9 (20)
In order to avoid the problems in the last Warlords game, the draft master will randomly assign players to the draft order.
If anyone has a complaint about the rules, post it soon.
Atuan has graciously volunteered to be draft master.
One note to players of this game. Since it will be ready-enabled, be sure that you don't "ready" all of your kingdoms at once. If you do, it will be relatively easy for other players to figure out the group of kingdoms owned by a player.

you send me your picks A through D for draft order. Should 2 people both pick a as their first choice and noone picks B and the other 2 people pick C and D... it will be random to determine who gets A and who gets B but C &D will both receive their choice.
Wow hope that makes sense as it seems wordy.
