Can you specify in greater detail what isn't working? Is the page not loading, are your kingdom figures not being displayed on the page properly, is the load button not finding your turn's orders, ...etc.
I need more information about your situation. Make sure you have popups enabled in the browser. What web browser are you using (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, other). If you can, let me know what version the browser is (usually under Help then About). Are you using a pc or PDA like iPad. When you visit the Alamaze order page, did you hold down the Shift key and press the browser refresh button at every menu tab (Home, Political, Covert, ...etc.). You may have updated the browser and it may have reset your cache settings. If all else fails, try logging in with another browser. Again, make sure popups are enabled for the site. Here are other browsers if you need them: https://www.google.com/chrome/ https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ http://www.opera.com/download

I'm using google chrome on samsung tablet.

You need to clear your browser cache. The browser is using the older version of the website. On a pc, you can force load the web page by holding the Shift key and pressing the browser refresh button.
Does anyone know how to do the same on a tablet without a keyboard? Here's a site that explains it but it's in German so I don't know if it'll apply: http://refreshyourcache.com/en/chrome-android/ If it's not easy to do then you can try to manually clear the browser cache with the following steps (for Chrome): 1. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner (see above link for picture). 2. Go to Settings. 3. Go to Show Advanced Settings (at very bottom of page). 4. Scroll down until Privacy section. Click on the Clear browsing data button. 5. Make sure you select Cached images and files then press the Clear browsing data button at bottom. Hope that helps. Or try: 1. Find a pc and enter your orders. 2. Go to public library and enter your orders there. I've done this when power was out at my home. Libraries in my area only allow 30 minutes per day so you may have to enter your orders fairly quickly. Also, my library had both Chrome and Firefox installed, Internet Explorer won't work with our online order site. 3. Install another browser than Chrome (see my previous post for Opera or such). This is only a temporary fix though until we do another website update of which you may encounter the same problem again with both browsers on your tablet. 4. Unstall and reinstall Chrome on your tablet. Make sure you can access App Store without a browser or you may have to install a second browser before uninstalling Chrome (so you can get to Chrome's website to resinstall it). I'm not familiar with tablets that well so be careful with this suggestion because the tablet may need the default browser installed to access the App Store and other things. I would rather you try #1 and find a pc.

A couple of times I have entered orders and saved, but then when I go back in there are no orders saved. Am I missing a step somewhere?

I get into the habit of doing my order, save, go back to home, load orders and check them. If good, click save on that and move on to next tab.
