OK, after an hour on the phone with Softlayer, where I was proud I didn't raise my voice, we are back up and running.
I don't know if all the problems are behind us.

OK. So here is the issue. I am at home and cannot sign in. Everyone reports system is down. I go to work and system is up. Next day we repeat the same. Ergo- I need to stay at work in order for us all to play.

Yes it was. A current game turn was supposed to run at noon also. I hope it does not come back like another game I had in which no orders were issued.

I have learned if it says saved but you cannot verify then no orders were actually saved
The turn not running happened yesterday also. While order checker was down the turn did not run. As soon as Ry Vor started the reset the results were sent out.

Well let's hope things get fixed soon. Everyone please make sure all your computers using Windows is updated. Update your security on your Android devices.
I'm sure Ry Vor will give anyone that can't submit orders a free setup when this is Over? So far I'm OK, it just prevented me from making 1 order change in a game. If I can't get a turn completed, then I may need to drop that game.
