This is what I see so far.   Get in before RyVor stops the signup and we get a draft order.  A randomized could be as easy as "Siri roll me a D10".  Then Siri roll me a D8

Here is the draft order, determined by random number by each persona from lowest to highest.  I'm actually wondering if it might be better to pick toward the end so you can see who or what is where when you pick.  Again of course, only one kingdom per zone.  So Druid or High Elf, but not both.
