I think to get going we better at least start with team Rellgar with two players and then transfer a position to someone who wants to join later.  I'm not sure if a player can join for two positions in the queue or not.

People will scatter as the day goes on so if you are to get started today I'd say the captains should assign positions so everyone can join.
