I don't see any cheating and hope this player does not leave over this.  We think we are clear that ally declarations are not allowed in an anon game and we should just continue to follow this.

Offering to trade for emmies is also not something that is ok. The idea behind silent and anon is no comunication so no trading. In the past is was all fine but many complained and wanted no communication of any kind.

My original post was simply saying hey not allowed. I was not saying your cheating looking for any kind of penalty. It was really a non-issue I just wanted it not to keep happening if that is the rules others were playing by.
