Hector will have CI in Crown Islands (only region left) so he can sign up also.

Do you have the link to the Order Entry site? Once you log in there, you will find a Game Queue link on the left side. That takes you to game creation site and you hit Join, then check your kingdom and region, then click Done at bottom of page.
