So I'm clear, when I choose its Kingdom or Region, but at what point do I need to pair them up at the end?  So make all 4 choices then mix and match?

No, you have to put the kingdom in the same region you pick for. So if you had the #1 pick and picked, say, The Crown Islands, whatever kingdom you picked in the 24th slot would have to go to the Crown Islands.

Hello Peoples,

Well, you caught me by surprise, I thought I might have a week to figure things out in the server.

Also, since we haven't had Confederations before, some might suppose but not said explicitly this is two slots, or all in is like two games.  Just in case anyone wants to reconsider slots or all-in.
