To the old people who want to take the Black Dragon town in Sword Coast. We spent months building that place since your administrators let it go to ruin. We can tax it on turn 3 (way too busy to do it this turn). That would allow you to take it politically on turn 3. My people would be satisfied with 10,000 gold even though that is barely more than one turn's income. We are very reasonable. On turn 3, I would trade you 1 food for 10,000 gold if this is acceptable to your people.
