Welcome (FOOD) to all from the friendly kingdom (FOOD) of the Halflings.  We are a jovial and peaceful people, if somewhat rotund, that find ourselves (FOOD) in the midst of a troublesome land filled with a plethora (FOOD) of militarily minded kingdoms (FOOD).  As the renowned Napoleon himself once said (FOOD) ... "armies march on their stomachs".  In these challenging times (FOOD) know that we are here with a friendly outstretched hand offering some of the most savory of vittles in all (FOOD) of Maelstrom.

As this bulletin is posted we have already sent out (FOOD) our emissaries --> a rather voluptuous set of Halfling twins, well over 4 feet tall, named Daisy and Dolly with free samples of our delectables to the four corners of the lands. (FOOD).  We have also arranged for an equally well endowed set of Male twins (Duke and Dutch) to act (FOOD) as Halfling Brand ambassadors to the Amazon kingdom where they hope to indeed wet everyone's appetite.

There will naturally be a supply and demand market impact but friendly neighbors to (FOOD) the east and south can be promised a permanent discount (FOOD).

Welcome to Strange Steel ... may your swords stay sharp, your armor stay polished and your stomachs stay full! (FOOD).

Habeus "Half-pint" Corpus

P.S.  We hope (FOOD) to be the breadbasket of Maelstrom to the benefit of all.  Let us join hands and work together to eradicate hunger from these lands.  It is truly time to end WORLD HUNGER. (FOOD)

P.S.S. We are more valuable alive then dead.  Please (FOOD) don't hurt us.

Greetings gentle Halfling folk, thou art truly Gods creatures.  Should it not be against the laws of the land, New Great Pellinor shall surely have need of your bountiful fields in the future.  Unless of course the heathens wipe us out hence.

Good people of this new strange land, outposts of the crusades exist outside the boundaries of New Great Pellinor, and may be seen as encroching on your territory.  While God smiles on all his creatures, these outposts have claimed their independance from us and have ceased tithing.  Should you desire to convert these outpost to your cause, fear not of retribution.  However, shouldest thou simply wait 3 seasons hence (turn 4) we shall send our most vigilant… tax collectors to deal with this issue.

For those heathens which may be still lurking inside New Great Pellinor, we shall endeavor to gently persuade these peoples to the path of God, no sooner than 3 seasons hence (turn 4).  And we wish no ill will.  Should our continued peace require some sacrifice or recompense to the owners of these outposts, surely God will allow.

So this is a full diplomacy game then? Making sure

Not full diplomacy. Would need to state that in game creation. But do agree everyone needs to decide quickly. I noted it when I created the game but everyone waited until after we were done to think about it I guess

What is limited diplomacy? I don't want to be left out of the running, but I don't know what I can and cannot say to the others.

Unless otherwise specified as full diplomacy or seasonal diplomacy or something, games are silent lately. But limited has been used when we know the owners of each kingdom.
Up to the group, but I vote for silent since all of my current games have some sort of chatting or teamwork.

I’m with VBall on this one.

I'm OK with Silent I guess.  I'm getting wiped out for sure.
