So, I have never done this before so I went to the bottom of the thread and I subscribed to be sent an email whenever someone posts. There have been several posts but I received no emails. Not sure how this is supposed to work or if I was supposed to do something more than subscribe and pick a communication method.

I think if you have successfully subscribed you will no longer have the subscribe option showing.
Instead you have an unsubscribe option.
