This is the draft order we used in the last team game. We had a non player do a random number generator to assign teams to the 4 draft groups.

That works, how do we select who is ABCD? Or are those already tag to each team?
I think what we do is have someone not in the game generate random numbers for the 4 teams and let's say lowest number picks first, picking a draft order A, B, C, or D. Next highest number goes until all 4 teams have one of the sets of draft numbers. Then you draft as a norman game, following the numbers 1-24
Anyone else care to jump in on this?
Do we know all 12 players are still on board? I have heard from Team Pike and we are ready to go.

Yeah we should get someone to randomize our draft order and just start picking. I'll get rick to just give me a random order for the letters ABCD, then we'll assign them based on our teams in the order displayed.
