I just posted this in a spammers thread by mistake so here it is again:

Does anyone know if reaching level 7 with a wizard is always reported in the Universal events? It looks to me like it is a random chance that it gets reported.

Another question within the first question: If a wizard becomes a p7 due to an artifact is it reported in the Universal Events?

I believe it always does, except when done by artifact. That's been my personal experience.

I saw one recently that was not but upon further investigation there was an artifact involved.

Well, I think it is current policy to be penalized for your success. Just have less success, and so attract less attention. You aren't starting Microsoft or Apple are you? I feel like your success is going to give me a 40% tax rate.
