There will be a more thorough discussion of the format for the 2021 Alamaze Championship elsewhere, but just briefly:

There are three Steel Qualifiers where podium placement gets your persona into the Alamaze Championship. So up to 9 of 12 positions in the Championship will be determined by placing 1st - 3rd in at least one of these qualifiers.
Other positions will be by the most Valhalla podium points with gold = 5, silver = 3, bronze = 1.
The 12 personas in the championship may choose any kingdom available to them when it is their turn to choose a kingdom. That is, unlike previous years, you may play a different kingdom in the Championship than one that got you the most podium positions.
Players can be in more than one of the three qualifiers but there will be a period of a few days when the second and third are announced that only players who have not been in so far can place there name, then it opens to all players.
Returning or new players are eligible to participate.
No allies and Silent (personas and their kingdoms are known, but there is no communication). 48 hour turn cycle.
Each of the three qualifiers will have a twist. This one is Pagan.

Enter the arena and test your mettle in the first open qualifier for the 2021 Alamaze Championship!
Silent, no Devout kingdoms (AM, AN, LI, NO, SA) and Pagan (no high priestess).

Do we know who has qualified? People are already selecting draft positions and we don't know who the players will be yet. This seems strange to me that the game was posted 4 hours ago and the first 4 places are gone already when we don't know who has qualified. If this is what we are doing I'll take the 5th slot.

But do you qualify? We don't want just anyone in the championship game. This is a qualifier game, it's not the actual championship game.

But do you qualify? We don't want just anyone in the championship game. This is a qualifier game, it's not the actual championship game.

Thanks Rellgar. I misunderstood. Maybe that's a qualifier for AN but I see no pagan.
