Also seems kind of silly that the second place guy who was going for first place and his third region (which happens to be right next to stormgate) warns you that I am going to win just because a few of his leaders took a nasty fall. I was just leveling the playing field, if it was me.

It looks like SO is not responding so you get it for 10k 46974 and the location - from where our groups met over the that artifact back on turn 16 go north 16 and west 10.
