I'm looking at starting my orders and I don't see my King or emissaries under the political tab. I didn't have this problem with turns 1 or 2.

That happened to me too.
With the political tab open use your refresh on the browser. It worked for me.

I can't open my order entry order screen. I think that someone mentioned doing something with erasing a cache, but I have no idea how to do this.

It's pretty much the same thing for Microsoft Edge. Here are the three steps. I even logged in as you to verify it's ok.

LI-IL my new capitol is in your region, because of the rude Black Dragons, so you have a temporary friendly neighbor. I will be out of there in a few turns, once I can move to a new capitol back in Pellinor.
