In the Confed 91 game, a player dropped. However, he left behind a Legendary castle in Stormgate which is now human. Is it possible to diplomatically take over this PC? Or must we do the standard way: By conquest.

Legendary castles are immune to political actions so yes, it has to be taken by other means.
