Wow, that is quite a list! I believe there are a few low-level leaders we could add to it as well. I recall losing one of my top agents when I got greedy and went for a warlord. I thought maybe the group was too far north for a guard; it wasn't.
Looking back, I did not lean into my hidden capital enough. I took the route of preserving my troops and fighting for the region. In hindsight, I likely should have huddled at the capital, raised its stats, and hoped you forgot about me. By becoming a constant nuisance, you pretty much had to track down my capital.
When you did recon it I got the notification of course. It just so happens I had a group on the way back to the capital from picking up an artifact that happened to land on a DK village in the water a bit north of my capital. I took it and moved my capital there, thinking it would be safe for a few turns. Nope! The DK immediately moved a boatload of skeletons (skeletons!) and took it. So after all that, the first one to take my capital was the DK.
