Lycans - potential bug or perhaps a user issue?

I am playing the Lycans currently and have noticed that certain traits/abilities specified in the setup don't seem to be in effect.
Specifically, the kingdom regeneration (5% post battle) and the creation of new Lycans brigades post the attack of town (1) or city (2) don't seem to be working!
@Brekk - I sent you an email with the details, hoping you can shed some light!

Has anyone else playing this kingdom noticed this? Or perhaps, was there a change made that isn't reflected in the setup info?

There were changes to tone it down a bit.

Links to these are in the forum under Mikes corner.

6) Lycan kingdom loses trait Magic Resist (Death)

Lycan kingdom now has a 33% chance of infecting opposing entities (troops, emissaries, agents) with lycanthrope to join their kingdom. Was previously 100%.

I think the pop center and group ability was nerfed to gain a brigade 33% of the time from combat. However the 5% may be a program issue it was not nerfed.

And he also noted Lycan kingdom adjustments: troop gain is limited to 3 brigades per battle.

This later one appears to be a greater chance than 33% so idk all these occurred last update so Mike is going to have to see if it’s working as intended.

I've had my Lycans grow from attacking pop centres, it is modified to be based on the 33% but you can get unlucky and not have it go off for a while. Fighting groups works much better to grow the army.

Looking through some old turns though, you might be right about them not healing properly. I'm not sure if they've always been gaining back the 5% per battle. But in other instances I have seen them heal, so might just need to be looked at.

Agreed troop battles seem more effective but not the way it is stated.  Keep fighting I have a group over 400k in the plains, just start bashing things
