E-mails and Turnaround time for turns

Two turns ago I attempted to send an E-mail to all players in 5864. I found that the following three players do not seem to have e-mail address matching the player's name. Free Traiders, Rangers and Cimmerians. Perhaps this is intentional, or something needs to be fixed in Profile.
    It occurs to me that more than half of the remaining players get their orders in by day 2 or 3 and some linger until close to the deadline. I am not suggesting requesting the Game Moderator change our turnaround time from 7 days but more of a commitment from players to try to get orders in by the end of day 4.

Newbie question, how do you directly email another player in an open diplomacy game?  Through the forum or are the email addresses posted somewhere I missed?  Thanks!

E-MAIL   Scroll to top of this page. Click on Message on the far right, then New message on the drop dpwn. Enter the Player Name of the person from the Ready page of orders section.
