What does the Mist Talisman do?  It looks like it hides your emissary. Is a hidden emissary the same as a concealed emissary?  Thanks!

I have never seen it in the game. The only mention I've seen of it is in the rule book.

It's kind of not a real one. I think this is the one assigned to your capital if you take a kingdom with a hidden cap. It just makes your cap invisible.
