Guys,
The mail service is currently not working properly. It includes all the support emails as well so I will be checking here for now. I’m out of the country and unable to fix it at the moment. Please use the order entry page to view and submit your turns for now.
I will be back in the country on Tuesday, and I’ll be traveling by plane from Saturday through late Monday.
I’ll look into the issue tonight if possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is the mail back up yet? I had some results last turn that reflect some really good guessing by my opponents or they see a turn. Am I missing something?

Mail does not seem to be working, at least I am not seeing any. I watch for when a game goes from SUBMITTED to WAITING on the order entry program.

It's been nearly a week now, any news on the email status?
Kind of strange that after years of running the game, emails suddenly stopped working. Possibly caused by an update, or virus?
Rebooting the server may clear the condition, but before doing that, I would remove game 1049 from the game queue (since the players said that has already started). If not removed, the server may try to recreate that game after reboot.
So, it may be safer to remove that pending game beforehand...

I’m aware of the issue and am just recovering from jet lag. There’s no virus involved, and there isn’t a quick fix yet, but I’ll be working on it this weekend.
One of the problems is that the mail server admin privileges never fully transferred to me. I now need to work with the email provider to see if they can restore my control. More updates to come.
I knew this would eventually become an issue. If I can reach my programmer today, we have a test file we wanted to try that may allow us to change the mail accounts, so we’ll figure something out.
