My inner-Nerd has been starving for years! And I am very happy to see Alamaze make a comeback.
My first game was as a teenager in the 90's where I picked up the Dark Elf Kingdom. Didnt do so hot that time around.
Next round I picked up the Giants and actually had a partial clue in regards to coordinating armies/spies/ems and did quite well in that game. Never seemed to have enough gold, but that's what allies are for right?
Played a few other games as WI, SW, RA, BL and had a good run with most of them.
At the end, I romped a few teams (partnered with a forgettable player named Kevin Dusi) in a few epic games. Spent unreal amounts of time crunching out epic order sets, but that was time well spent. Looking forward to an unexpected return in game #101
