While I won't dismiss the principle of changing the status point award criteria, I don't agree with the stockpiles idea since finding a way to use that food and gold should be your job as a skillful player.

The main ones are:

Per artifact- varies
King declared you an ally 100
enemy-100

High Council 200
Percentage of a region controlled *10.

Prisoners- variable
