So you want more turns per week... or fewer? Smile

Just a note at this point, but we may not continue 2x a week as the standard. From both a player and GM perspective, sometimes its not best to have 3+ games due, and returned (for GM, more like 9+), at the same time. We think spacing it out and having a bit more time might be the right thing to do. We want to get it right in the "anticipation vs. panic" category. We shall see.

I have found that I am much more vested in my x2 a week game than the x1 a week game. By the time my x1 a week game shows up I am typically not all that excited about it. I much prefer twice a week.

I am optimistic that you and Cipher will sort out the issues preventing you from easily adding Game Masters. Perhaps that will be the short term answer that keeps the game going while you figure out the game automation down the road....

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.

1st choice AN 2nd UN 3rd DA

Once a week - preferably a day other than Monday/Thursday. I guess once/week gets decided 1st.

And I probably won't be in if its 2/week M/T.

3 in 1 day is a problem.

Nah who needs Macbeth references anyway.

Instead we dub thee Malodorous ...Wink

Lol, I have a feeling this is only the first of a long string of MacBeth references. Tongue

Well I sent my signup message and put myself down for a quick game, Elf kingdom. Time to gear up for my first Alamaze game! I've heard good things of it, thus far.

Hi all!

It sounds like there is some discussion as to the frequency of this game. If it turns out to be a twice weekly game, I'm in. If it is only once per week, then I'll wait for the next game.

Cheers!

Some feedback on this... in light of both the subscription model and my own preferred game style (there's too much anticipation and waiting, otherwise), I'd probably only be interested in games that process at least twice per week.

Maybe you can fix the processing issue by staggering the due dates to different days?

Finally, I'm interested in this game if it ends up being twice per week. Smile Otherwise I will probably pass. Thanks.

I'm interested in the game if it turns out to be twice/week. My preferred kingdom would be the dwarves.

I will take WA if this is 2x per week, thanks.

I think a dual-tracked system might be the answer. Perhaps 1/week games processing on Wednesdays; 2/week games going the normal Monday/Thursday route. Given my personal situation, five times a week is better Smile
