According to the setup, Trolls only lose influence when recruiting governors (.1 influence loss). There is no indication this is changed with the new HP influence cost, but also no indication that it hasn't. Any chance at some clarity?

Trolls are losing their special order to recruit Governors for only 0.1. All their recruiting of emissaries will be the same as other kingdoms, including 0.5 for High Priestei.
