Great to see Alamaze is back up and running. Did a random search while bored at work and found one of my favorite games was up and running again.

I played back in the 80s
won my first game as the barbarian and was hooked. Could not get enough of it but being in high school at the time did not have the money to play as much as I really wanted to. Got in a few game before finishing school and joining the military. By the time I finished my training and first patrol Alamaze was gone until now many years later.

now I have all new distractions to keep me busy, but could not resist trying another round of Alamaze.

Welcome back. Many of us in that same position of coming back after a long hiatus. Really helpful people, so don't be shy about asking folks for advice.
