I confess being a bit surprised some of our experienced players have shied away so far from Experienced Steel. Part of it is we started those three Warlords games and we have a lot of finance pros that are tied up a bit until after April 15. But still....

I want to introduce the new SVC and ESO format after Experienced Steel and Seeking New Heroes start, both without SVC's as we said when starting the threads.

We need to update the Commands and General Rules for the various changes to conclude the 2nd Cycle changes, including the new SVC and ESO rules. Also the Setup files need to be changed, and we will finally then be able to code the SVC and ESO instead of it being a manual process.

And while we internally revisit Secret Victory Conditions, this game also will be won by controlling 4 regions, or high status points at end of turn 40 - no SVC in this one.
