(RD) Well, on turn 16 every region is controlled, all by different kingdoms. There seems to be no clear leader anywhere in sight. The war in the Talking Mountains grinds on with numerous capitals falling. The DW continues to control the region though his diplomatic corps is being thinned out and the RD is having to scrounge for food to feed his mighty armies as his villages keep slipping from his grasp.

Was surprised to find the Demon Prince gain control of the Steppes, congrats to the first person to take a second region. You should now only wear bullseye t-shirts!

(RD) Well, after 18 turns of conflict, I have finally managed to flip the Talking Mountains from DW to RD control. But it's been one serious slog. No end to this game anytime soon - the apparent leader (the DE) seems to have attracted some attention as he declared the EL an enemy. 12 kingdoms still active.

You are truly an amazing and nice elven person, but your unsupervised emissaries and groups have somehow targeted Demon Princes assets. I am sure it is just lack of supervision, which, having been brought to your attention, you will surely remedy, being the truly magnificent and heroic and nice person that you are....
I have heard that you also targeted the Black Dragon and took his pop center. Seems like you enjoy attracting enemies.

I attract a lot of things. Elvish magnetism and all.
The Black is obviously lost all the way up in the Steppes, and my emissaries were on autopilot on their way to attack my evil stepbrothers. By the time I sent the recall orders out, the damage was done and they had (gasp) neutralized a pair of villages. I do hope both you and the Black can continue to feed your troops after such monumental losses. As for my troops, they haven't been heard from in months. The good Marshal is probably off drunk in a bar somewhere in Torvale, for all I know. Wherever they may be, I'm sure they are harmless, and no match for whatever they may run into.
Of course, should the various powers that be in the Steppes actually reach out, it's possible that agreements can be reached for the right price. Unless I'm not the only one that enjoys attracting enemies...
Hooray posturing! Such fun! Beware the mighty Elf who bested the Troll and has a bromance with the Red Dragon!

But was it really necessary to assassinate my poor little Prince who never harmed a soul as part of a kingdom that never did you harm? And I found your lost group for you. You're welcome. It is in fact quite large and is in Eastern. Strange....
