Question about reinforcements. My king is at one location and my turn sheet says that my Capitol is located in an open hex. I realized that my population centers were moved since I have restarted this position, but where should I send a group to get reinforcements then? The population center where my king is or the open area where i guess my old capital was to get the troops? Will I need to do a move capital order to where my king is to get everything in order?

As far as I understand it, your King should be located where your capitol is. If yo do not have a group there at the end of turn 4, you will not get reinforcement for turn 5.
From the chatter I hear on various threads, no reinforcement early is a mixed blessing, but I would be sad, personally.
You might ask Jumpingfist for help with this and, if no group is at your capitol, you might ask for support's help/input with this.
I, personally, have no problems with a dropped position being fixed up and/or made right by support as needed. < As long as it is not a position that got the beat down during a struggle during the game, which this is obviously not>
Let me know if you need food for the winter and I'll do what I can AFTER snacktime.

Rogal it is not your taking over that is the problem it is the original position had to be shuffled due to another player getting the EL info. What you need is the most current turn but from what you said you only got a T0 and turn 1 that do nt line up.
Send emails, ask question, that is what I am here for. Looking at this a few hours before a turn is due is going to be very hard to resolve and get a turn out.

I have all the turns now and have my orders done except one movement order. I am not sure where to put the unit to get reinforcements or if I am too late to move the unit for some other purpose. BTY, I am glad this issue came up for I want to make the mistakes now to better learn the overall way the game works.

Like panda pointed out. You must have a group at you capital or an inactive group available to receive the reinforcements at the beginning of the turn. The will go to the lowest numbered unit available.

This happened to me in my first two (!) games and I bet it is one of the more frequent errors made by new players. And as was mentioned sometimes the savings in gold (not having to pay the extra troops every turn) can be more valuable than the extra brigade in the early game.
