I am in two of these, and I have a question: If I wanted to move an emmy--say from the GI--to another PC, but there is a group from another of my kingdoms there, say the DA. Will I be able to send the emmy there, even though there is a group whom I have not declared as an ally. Or if I were to do a regional effect spell, will my other kingdom's stuff (PCs and troops) be spared? Otherwise, the anonymity will be shattered if we all declared all of our three kingdoms as allies.

It is your choice to declair ally. But is required to get the benefits of it. You can alway declare someone else ally not on your team if you want to try and confuse but most likely not worth the order. Most people know the other teams by T5 or so.

You need to declare or the emmies will bounce and the regional spells will affect your other kingdoms.
