I was thinking something was messed up from Jumpingfist's current roster, as Acererak, Yellowbeard, and Jhereg aren't active: like he got an old roster mixed up with this one. I had to flip through some posts in the last few weeks on this thread to see it was true.
Welcome back guys! While today was certainly Lord Diamond's day with the incredible new Valhalla, the return of you three without us yet reaching out to the vacationing players is the beginning of testimony to the importance of this work that has already been extremely well regarded by players who have tested it, congrats to the work of Uncle Mike and Cipher.
And not to be left out, Grasshopper's jumps are noticeably higher and longer, anticipating universal web order entry, the second prong of this project.
You three and other returning players, we won't invoice you until the game starts as it is still indefinite as to when the main body of the changes are going to be in place. I'd guess given schedules, traveling and various family events and the other ongoing work including relating to this web based project as well as finalizing decisions on the changes, it will be two weeks at least.
If you're itching, you could start a Primeval game with two others. The order checking and likely the web order entry would be available for that game, though it won't have the other anticipated changes within the game itself.
It's been quite a week or so for Alamaze!
