Apologies in advance for the noobcake ESO questions and thank in advance for your help!
1. ESO is now due by the end of turn three, correct? IE - must be at least by the time you submit turn 3 orders?
2. Can a major ESO be made up of 2 of the two point objectives and one of the one point objectives, as long as one of them is from the territory (T) category?
Thanks.

1. Yes
2. Yes, I am 99% certain. The rules just say that you must choose 5 points and achieve all 5.

I can confirm the answer to your question #2 is correct.
What some people do miss is that you can only have the minor (3pt) or major (5pt) but if you are going for the minor goal you might as well select goals that total 4 pts (one 2pointer and two 1 pointers) then you will have some leeway as to which 3 points you accomplish. If going for the minor goal no downside to choosing 4 points instead of 3 (and you only need to reach the 3 points total).
Not sure if I explained that well enough but there it is.

When going for the Minor you can select four one-pointers as well. You only need complete 3 of them. This makes the minor very attractive.

Is choosing the special victory condition objectives a free order?
I read the early objective uses an order but can't see this for the victory objectives.

Both ESO and SVC (secret victory condition) use regular orders, they are not free.

It counts as one of your orders. Everything counts as an order.
