Hello all,

I just signed up for a new player primeval game, on the referral of Manaleshi, who just posted his own introduction. We've been looking for a new game to play for awhile now...seems like we've found it.

I've played a bunch of different sorts of games over the past 20 years, but this will be something new for me. It looks to be a great setting for hanging out with old friends and meeting new ones.

I love the fact, despite all the graphics advances in gaming over the past three decades, something text-based like this still has a strong player base...it gives me hope for humanity. I was too young in the '80's to have played Alamaze originally, but I know that this sort of thing provided some of the source material for a lot of the best games of the 90's, and I've always wanted to dig a bit deeper into it. I'm thrilled to have the chance to now.

I'm in the eastern time zone in the U.S., in Michigan...and it is very cold here at present.

And that's about it. Smile

Welcome to Alamaze!
 Lord Diamond

Please do not take any of my comments as a personal insult or as a criticism of the game 'Alamaze', which I very much enjoy. Rather, I hope that my personal insight and unique perspective may, in some way, help make 'Alamaze' more fun, a more successful financial venture, or simply more sustainable as a long-term project. Anyone who reads this post should feel completely free to ignore, disregard, scorn, implement, improve, dispute, or otherwise comment upon its content.
