Do we have any matrix for a kingdom's chance of denigrating another kingdom at different levels of regional reaction?

The commands explain that your relative influence (to the kingdom you are denigrating) makes a difference as does your own regional reaction in that region.  Do we have any idea of what the chances would be for instance if both kingdoms influence is the same and your RR in the region is at Tolerant or Hostile?  Just trying to figure out my chances at a successful denigrate.
