Same as Demon Bane, in the hands of an Agent, it's +10% to assassinations, +30% against Demon Princes.

I had no idea these items existed.
Are there any other NEW artifacts out there that anyone has come across?
And while I'm at it, has anyone
come across a spell that prevents battle? It is something that I saw the AN cast in a current game and I have no idea what it is.

Mad it is an AN only level 4 spell that costs the wizard one power as well

Headhoncho and I were in the same game, 172 I believe. I had demon bane and he had demon death. After the game I asked him what his did. They do the same thing
+30% assassination against demon princes
+10% assassination against any other emissary
