I wanted to start two separate threads for an experienced and a newer (sign up for 1st - 3rd games) player queue, but right now most players are maxed out for service level, so I'll just post this one thread but may break it into two separate queues if it looks to be about half experienced and half inexperienced.

This game will be in the variant of #117 - Steel with Two Twists, providing two extra orders over influence (total 4), and five groups instead of four.
